2. Membership Term
2.1 The membership is an annual commitment, either paid in full upfront or in monthly instalments.
2.2 The membership will automatically renew one (1) year after the initial sign-up date (“Renewal Date”) unless the Member cancels the membership in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to amend the membership fees upon renewal, with prior notice to the Member.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Members may choose to pay for the membership in one of the following ways:
- Annual Payment: A single payment covering the entire membership period, payable at the time of signing up.
- Monthly Instalments: Twelve (12) equal monthly payments, the first of which is payable at the time of signing up, with subsequent payments due on the same day each month.
3.2 All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to situations where the Member chooses to cancel the membership before the end of the term or if the membership is revoked due to non-payment as per Section 4.
3.3 If a Member fails to make a payment by the due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke the membership and any associated benefits until all outstanding payments have been made.
4. Failure to Pay
4.1 Failure to pay any amount due under these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or revocation of the membership.
4.2 If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date, the Company may terminate the membership, and the Member may be barred from accessing any membership benefits until any outstanding balance is settled.
5. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

5.2 Cancellations requested after the Renewal Date will not be processed, and the Member will be responsible for the full payment of the new membership period.
5.3 The Company may terminate the membership at any time, with immediate effect, if the Member breaches any of these Terms.
6. Non-Refundable Policy
6.1 Membership fees, including any instalments already paid, are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of the membership before the end of the term.
6.2 The Member acknowledges and agrees that by signing up for the membership, they are committing to pay for the entire membership period, even if they do not use the benefits associated with it.
7. Membership Benefits and Event Access
